Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026 · Hemisphere

This policy explains what personal data Hemisphere collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain. No legalese. If you have any questions, just message us directly.

Who we are

Hemisphere is a content strategy consulting service run by Jack Cosson, based in Gozo, Malta. You can contact us via WhatsApp at +356 7771 9043 or by email at jacktcosson@gmail.com.

What data we collect

We only collect information you provide directly to us, either by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email. This may include:

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or third-party advertising on this website.

Why we collect it

We use your information solely to deliver the service you've requested: the audit, content pillars, and weekly plan, or the ongoing retainer. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to third parties.

WhatsApp and email

When you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, since WhatsApp is operated by Meta. When you email us, that's subject to your email provider's policy and Google's, since we use Gmail.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Netlify. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be collected by Netlify as part of normal web hosting, in line with Netlify's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep client information for as long as needed to deliver the service and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up questions or a future retainer. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Since Hemisphere operates in Malta (EU), you have rights under GDPR regarding any personal data we hold about you, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of that data. To exercise these rights, message us on WhatsApp or by email.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the business grows. Any changes will be posted on this page.
