The service
Hemisphere provides content strategy consulting: an audit of your current content, a set of content pillars, and a weekly posting plan. This is planning only. Hemisphere does not create, write, film, or schedule content on your behalf, unless separately agreed in writing.
The blueprint
- Flat fee of €400, covering 1 platform
- Includes a kickoff call, an audit, your content pillars, a weekly plan, and a handover call
- Delivered as a document you keep and can act on independently
The retainer
The retainer is €200/month and requires a completed blueprint first, since it builds on the pillars and plan already in place. It includes a monthly plan refresh and a one-hour strategy call each month. The retainer runs month to month and can be paused or ended by either party with notice given via WhatsApp or email.
Payment
Payment is made via Revolut or card, arranged over WhatsApp. Blueprint payment is due before the kickoff call. Retainer payments are due in advance, on the agreed monthly cycle.
What we need from you
To do the audit and build your plan properly, we need honest access to your current content, goals, and any brand guidelines you have. Delays in providing this will delay delivery.
Cancellations
The blueprint fee is non-refundable once the kickoff call has taken place, since work begins immediately after. The retainer can be cancelled at any time with notice before the next billing date; there's no cancellation fee.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us about your business stays between us. We don't reuse your specific content pillars or plan for another client, and we won't reference your business publicly without asking first.
Limitation
Hemisphere provides strategic guidance based on experience and available information. We can't guarantee specific growth, engagement, or sales outcomes, since those also depend on execution, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
